Hydration Edge is a free online hydration wellness assessment by Light Infusid Water. It uses the answers you choose to produce an educational hydration pattern, practical suggestions, and daily routine ideas. Results appear on screen after you submit your first name and email.

The service is informational and educational. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship, provide individualized medical care, or replace advice from a qualified health professional.

Information, scores, recommendations, and plans provided through the assessment are for general wellness education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed clinician.

The Hydration Edge name, Light Infusid Water name, text, graphics, logos, layout, and software used on the site belong to Light Infusid Water or the party that provides them, and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other laws.

You may view and use the site for your personal assessment. You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative materials from site content without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
