When you take the hydration assessment, you may provide your first name, email address, and answers to hydration and lifestyle questions.

If you choose the optional Earn with Louis form, you provide your first name and email address and make a separate choice to receive follow-up emails about Earn with Louis and related resources.

We save assessment details and resource signup details in Buildy Contacts. A resource signup may also have a source, resource tags, a consent note, and a submission event attached to the contact record.

Our hosting, security, and service providers may receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, request timestamps, and pages visited. We do not ask the assessment or resource form for payment information or medical records.

We use information connected with the assessment or optional resource form to:

• save the details you submit in Buildy Contacts for the requested experience;
• calculate and display your educational hydration profile, recommendations, and daily plan on screen after assessment submission;
• record your consent and use the Earn with Louis submission event to enroll or coordinate follow-up emails about that resource when the related sequence is available;
• redirect a successful Earn with Louis form submission to https://www.earnwithlouis.com/ so you can review the independent resource;
• operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site;
• respond to questions or requests and meet legal or safety obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, store contacts, or send follow-up emails, including Buildy Contacts. Those providers receive information needed for their assigned service.

After a successful Earn with Louis form submission, we redirect you to https://www.earnwithlouis.com/. The redirect does not include your first name or email in the URL. Earn with Louis is independently operated and has its own terms and privacy policy. If you choose to provide information there, review that site's policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the site, our rights, or another person.

We do not sell personal information collected through the assessment or resource form.

The quiz presents your result on screen after you submit your name and email. Submitting the assessment alone does not promise a report by email or enroll you in ongoing marketing messages.

The optional Earn with Louis form has its own required email follow-up consent. After the contact and submission event are saved successfully, the form redirects you in the same tab to the independent Earn with Louis website. Follow-up emails may be sent after consent when the related sequence is enabled.

You do not need to create a password or user account to use the assessment or resource form. Please avoid entering information that you do not want stored in your contact record.

We may ask for information needed to confirm that a request relates to you, and some information may need to be retained when the law requires it or when it is needed for a legitimate dispute, consent record, or security record.

The assessment and optional resource form are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review the request and delete the information when appropriate.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, including Earn with Louis, for reference or convenience. Those websites operate under their own policies, and Light Infusid Water does not control their content or privacy practices. The Earn with Louis form redirects you to that independent site after a successful signup, without placing your name or email in the redirect URL.
