When you take the assessment, you may provide your first name, email address, and answers to hydration and lifestyle questions.

We save your name, email address, quiz answers, calculated score, and profile label in Buildy Contacts so we can record completion and show your personalized educational result on screen.

Our hosting, security, and service providers may receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, request timestamps, and pages visited. We do not ask the quiz for payment information or medical records.

We use the information connected with an assessment to:

• save your submitted details and quiz answers in Buildy Contacts for the assessment experience;
• calculate and display your educational hydration profile, recommendations, and daily plan on screen after submission;
• operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and assessment;
• respond to questions or requests and meet legal or safety obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or operate the assessment, including Buildy Contacts. Those providers receive information needed for their assigned service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the site, our rights, or another person.

We do not sell the personal information collected through this assessment.

The quiz currently presents your result on screen after you submit your name and email. Submitting the assessment does not promise a report by email, ongoing marketing emails, or promotional follow-up.

You do not need to create a password or user account to take the assessment. Please avoid entering information that you do not want stored with your assessment record.

The website may receive limited technical information through ordinary server logs and similar operational tools used to keep the site available, protect it from misuse, and understand basic performance. This can include browser, device, IP address, referring page, and request-time information.

Your browser controls many settings for local storage and similar technologies. Turning off a browser feature may affect how parts of a website work, but the assessment does not require a separate marketing consent to submit your answers.

We keep assessment information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the service, support legitimate business records, resolve disputes, protect the site, or meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we may delete it or remove identifying details where practical.

You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with your assessment. You may also ask a question about how your information is used.

The assessment is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review the request and delete the information when appropriate.

The site may contain a link to a third-party website for reference or convenience. Those websites operate under their own policies, and Light Infusid Water does not control their content or privacy practices. Review the policy of an outside site before providing information there.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the assessment or our information practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the Last updated date above. Your continued use of the assessment after an update means you can review the revised policy before continuing.
